About the event
The 15th ("TU" or טו in Hebrew for "15") of the Hebrew month of Shevat is the new year for trees. Trees are supposed lay fallow for the first three years after they're planted and the fourth year's produce is dedicated to the priests. Tu B'Shevat marks that beginning of that cycle. While nothing more than a day, in the middle ages the Kabbalists put together a seder to honor the various species of produce.
We'll go through that seder and sing some songs.
"Tazdik Katamar"
"Etz Haim"
"Tu B'Shevat is here"
"Lemon Tree"
